Job Description:

Career Guidance:

  • Provide personalized career counseling sessions to students, professionals, or job seekers.
  • Help clients identify their interests, strengths, skills, and career aspirations.

Lead Generation:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects.
  • Utilize digital platforms, social media, and other tools for lead generation.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure proper tagging and categorization for easy retrieval.

Prospect Communication:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects to provide information about our offerings.
  • Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads.

Reporting:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Share reports with stakeholders and suggest strategies for improvement.

Department Coordination:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead-generation efforts.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of converted leads.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in CRM software and tools like Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Education + Experience:

  • At Least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in lead generation, CRM management, or similar roles is preferred.
