Job Description:

Training Delivery: 

  • Conduct engaging and informative cybersecurity awareness training sessions for students and educators. 
  • Use real-world examples to explain cybersecurity threats, safe online practices, and preventive measures. 

Content Development: 

  • Develop and update training materials, presentations, and resources tailored to school and college audiences. 
  • Ensure content is aligned with the latest trends and threats in cybersecurity. 

Program Coordination: 

  • Collaborate with school/college administrators and local authorities to schedule training sessions. 
  • Coordinate logistics, including travel, accommodation, and session materials. 

Awareness Campaigns: 

  • Act as a spokesperson to promote cybersecurity awareness in schools, colleges, and communities. 
  • Provide suggestions for innovative approaches to increase awareness and participation. 

Monitoring & Reporting: 

  • Maintain detailed records of sessions conducted, including attendance and feedback. 
  • Prepare periodic reports for the Foundation stakeholders

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Educational Background: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related field. 
  • Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus. 

Experience: 

  • Experience working with schools/colleges and managing educational programs is highly desirable. 

Skills: 

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including online safety, phishing, social engineering, and data protection. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to engage and inspire young audiences. 
  • Proficiency in creating visually appealing and easy-to-understand training materials. 

Other Requirements: 

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal. 
  • Fluent in Nepali and English (both written and spoken). 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

Education + Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in conducting training sessions or workshops in a related field.
