We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Instructor to join our IT training institute. As a DevOps Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and equipping students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the field of DevOps.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Design and update course curriculum to align with industry trends and emerging technologies in the DevOps ecosystem.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, presentations, and hands-on exercises to a diverse group of students.
  • Provide guidance and support to students throughout their learning journey, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Create and grade assignments, quizzes, and projects to assess students' understanding and progress.
  • Foster a collaborative and interactive learning environment, encouraging student participation and teamwork.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in DevOps practices, tools, and technologies to ensure the training content remains relevant and effective.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of DevOps concepts, including continuous integration, continuous delivery/continuous deployment (CI/CD), infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Prior experience in teaching or instructional design is highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide personalized support to students with varying skill levels.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in the DevOps field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in DevOps, including hands-on experience with DevOps tools, practices, and methodologies.
