Job Description:

This role is designed to support TechAxis by responding to potential trainees inquiries and ensuring seamless communication, helping us turn leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inquiry Handling:
    • Respond to inquiries received through our marketing channels.
    • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding course fees, schedules, and curriculum.
  2. Lead Management:
  3. Maintain and organize leads in the CRM system.
  4. Follow up with potential trainees to answer additional queries and assist with their decision-making process.
  5. Appointments with course advisors.
  6. Coordinate with the training and administrative team to provide accurate information to trainees.
  7. Prepare daily and weekly reports on the status of leads and their conversion progress.
  8. Suggest improvements for inquiry management processes based on observed patterns.
  9. Ensure a positive experience for prospective students by handling inquiries promptly and professionally.
  10. Build rapport with potential trainees to create trust and encourage enrollment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and local languages.
  • Basic knowledge of Sales and Social media marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using office applications like Word, Excel, and CRM tools is an advantage.

Education + Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s Degree in Management
