Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Web Application Development Instructor to lead our upcoming course "Mastering Web Application Development with Trending Industry Practices". As the Instructor, you will deliver cutting-edge training, mentor aspiring professionals, and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of web developers, delivering a hands-on and impactful learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging course material aligned with the latest industry standards and practices.
  • Provide hands-on training and project guidance in modern frontend and backend technologies.
  • Explain complex technical concepts in a simplified manner suitable for learners with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Demonstrate the design and development of secure, scalable, and maintainable applications.
  • Mentor participants, offering constructive feedback to enhance their technical and professional skills.
  • Evaluate the progress of students through assignments, projects, and assessments.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in web application development and incorporate them into the curriculum.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Proficiency in server-side and backend technologies such as Node.js, Django, or similar.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM tools (e.g., Sequelize, Hibernate).
  • Expertise in designing secured, scalable, and maintainable applications.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code and apply debugging techniques.
  • Proficiency in using performance monitoring and optimization tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt teaching methods to suit varied learners.
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability in mentoring participants with varying skill levels

Education + Experience:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in web application development, primarily in an architectural role.
  • Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is highly desirable.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in architecting secure and scalable web applications
