Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand engagement and follower growth.
  • Monitor social media analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Email Marketing:

  • Create and send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Analyze email performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing automation tools and workflows.

Paid Advertising:

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.

Website Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the web development team to optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to inform future strategies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 Years proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
