Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth through creative, data-driven digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record in managing comprehensive campaigns, leveraging the latest trends, and utilizing data analytics for informed decision-making. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can oversee every aspect of digital marketing from strategy to execution while fostering innovative content approaches such as User-Generated Content (UGC) and influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Digital Marketing Leadership

  • Design, lead, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing) aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from initial planning to execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless execution and brand consistency.

SEO & SEM Strategy

  • Oversee all SEO and SEM initiatives, focusing on advanced keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms, optimizing continuously for maximum ROI.

Content Creation & UGC Innovation

  • Develop and execute forward-thinking content strategies, including UGC, influencer partnerships, and trend-driven campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for target audiences across various channels.

Social Media Management & Community Engagement

  • Design and implement data-driven social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Adapt strategies based on platform trends and algorithm changes, ensuring optimized engagement.
  • Work closely with agencies to coordinate monthly plans and approve campaign activities.

Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring

  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to monitor KPIs and make informed decisions.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of campaign performance and user behavior, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Report regularly on campaign ROI, effectiveness, and opportunities for optimization to senior management.

Brand & Campaign Management

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels, maintaining visual and messaging standards.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visual assets and manage digital content.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, prioritizing cost-effective strategies to maximize reach.

Innovative Trends & Market Insights

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices, ensuring a competitive edge.
  • Experiment with new approaches such as AI-driven tools, UGC campaigns, and interactive content to engage audiences.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators and manage relationships with external agencies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • success in managing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, and other tracking platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop content strategies that resonate with current trends, including UGC and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with experience managing complex projects.
  • Strong analytical abilities, able to translate data insights into effective strategies.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Nepali.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • The working schedule will be six days a week, 8hrs a day.

Education + Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years in digital marketing, with expertise in campaign strategy, execution, and analysis.
