Job Description:
The Sales Operations Analyst will be a pivotal member of our sales organization as we push into the next phase of our growth story. A successful candidate will be a highly analytical self-starter, have strong attention to detail, be comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about establishing a data-driven culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage critical insights for our sales and marketing teams to exceed booking and revenue goals out of the CRM system.
- Own the development and distribution of all sales pipeline and forecasting reporting.
- Work as a liaison between all sales, marketing, finance, and delivery to ensure transparency of sales team pipeline.
- Assist sales team in managing account and deal level data.
- Provide research and documentation assistance to sales directors.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience working out of, and managing CRM functions.
- Intermediate-level knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple highly visible initiatives simultaneously.
Bonus Points:
- 2+ years of experience working in the payer healthcare technology space.
- Knowledge of ZoHo CRM, Salesloft, and Hubspot technology platforms.
Education + Experience:
- 2-4 years of sales operations experience for high-growth companies.
