Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our portfolio of rental listings. You will be responsible for identifying potential property owners, presenting Basiyo’s value proposition, and onboarding them to our platform. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about travel, knowledgeable about the Nepalese market, and excited to work in a startup environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and approach prospective property owners, including homeowners, hoteliers, and real estate agents, to list their properties on Basiyo. 
  • Presenting Basiyo: Clearly articulate the benefits of partnering with Basiyo, including increased visibility and earning potential for property owners. 
  • Onboarding: Guide property owners through the registration process, assist in creating compelling property profiles, and ensure listings are optimized for success. 
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience on the platform. 
  • Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and tailor sales strategies. 
  • Targets and Reporting: Meet monthly listing targets and provide regular updates on sales activities and outcomes. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in the hospitality or real estate sector is a plus). 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge of Nepal’s travel and hospitality landscape is highly desirable. 
  • Proficiency in Nepali and English.
  • Own to wheeler.
  • Fuel will be provided.

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience, freshers are encouraged to apply.
