Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Manager for an HRIS product-based company, you should have excellent knowledge of the HR domain and be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand and product awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and marketing campaigns, ultimately contributing to our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns, leveraging digital marketing, events, and partnerships to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, etc.) to promote HRIS products and drive customer engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, customer success, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of product features and benefits.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on performance against targets and areas for improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent knowledge of the Human Resource Domain, HR Policies, and HRIS tools.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with management software, Fintech or the Banking industry.
