Job Description:
- Test current products and identify issues.
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve a better result.
- Assist to plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution.
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
- Oversee continuous project improvements.
- Identify key KPIs for product quality.
- Prepare and present reports as well as metrics to Supervisor.
- Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts, and automated scripts.
- Execute & evaluate manual & automated test cases and report test results.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to code using .net, HTML5, DB, XML along with Automation Framework development using programming languages and automation tools like Protractor, Cypress or Selenium, JMeter, SoapUI
- Exposure to API Test Automation, Functional and Manual Testing is an added advantage.
- Knowledge on Web applications testing is Mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education + Experience:
- Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university
- 1 to 2 years of experience in related field with skills on different testing techniques
