Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team and take the lead in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our developed applications through comprehensive testing and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for software applications hosted on Azure Cloud.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define quality standards.
- Implement and manage automated testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, bugs, and overall product quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis for identified issues and work with the team to implement fixes.
- Continuously enhance the testing process by integrating best practices and tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA and testing.
- Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to building a high-performing quality assurance team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in testing cloud-based applications, preferably with Azure.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar for test automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.
- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Education + Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a releated field.
