Job Description:

Administrative Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Maintain and manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and operational.

Documentation and Records:

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
  • Handle correspondence, mail, and courier services.

Support Services:

  • Address general inquiries from employees and visitors.

Accounts Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and payments.

Reconciliation and Reporting:

  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end account closures.
  • Generate basic financial reports 

Petty Cash Management:

  • Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure timely reimbursement and documentation.

Compliance and Audits:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards in all financial processes.
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documents and support.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Education + Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative and accounting role.
  • Experienced with accounting software (Tally) and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
