Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Google GCP is a big plus

Ability to detect, handle, and resolv production level incidents

Great at documentation and record keeping

Experience with Ruby and Python

Certification in any of the tools or services is a big plus

Must be fluent with the following tools: ELK, NewRelic, Splunk, Rapid7, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Github, and/or others
