Job Summary: If you can envision an analytical infrastructure to support data-driven strategic decision making, this
role is for you. We are looking for passionate and self-driven individuals who can interpret relationships in high
volume data sets from multiple sources. As a Data Analyst, you will be the owner/creator/manager of various
master data sets maintained for carrier integrations, user behavior, and leads funnel analysis.
What your responsibilities at SAGE Nepal be like:
- Identify anomalies and patterns in large data sets from multiple sources to create/update corelational master data
- Work closely with quality assurance team to identify data quality issues in existing as well as new data sets created for various carrier integrations
- Work with product managers to analyses, interpret and create periodic reports on user-behavior, feature usage, and other relevant product & business metrics
- Use data mining techniques to assess marketing and lead generation efforts - Recommend datadriven actionable measures to relevant stakeholders
- Provide dashboards and reports to present findings in an understandable format to all the stakeholders
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Requirements that we need you to have:
- 8+ years of work experience as a data analyst dealing with a high volume relational data set.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-driven and detail-oriented
- Experience in working with JSON, MongoDB/NO SQL DB.
- Proficient programming skills in SQL, Python, R
You'd be a perfect fit if:
- Business Domain Knowledge – Insurance/Finance (Preferably Insurance).
- Data analysis using excel and other data analytics
Education + Experience:
