Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with exceptional Quality Assurance (QA) testing and configuration skills. The ideal candidate will be able to write and understand some MongoDB queries as well as Excel formulas, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate must be able to work in a remote environment and be a great team player. This role will involve ensuring that all products meet the company's high-quality standards and that all necessary configurations are in place.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform manual testing on software products to ensure they meet the company's high-quality standards.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for each product release Design, implement, and execute automated testing scripts.
- Document test results and report any defects or issues to the development team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and streamline the QA process.
- Work with the development team to ensure all necessary configurations are in place for each product release.
- Write and understand some MongoDB queries as well as Excel formulas Troubleshoot and debug issues as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth product release.
- Work in a remote environment as a great team player.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with writing and understanding some MongoDB queries and Excel formulas.
- Ability to work in a remote environment and be a great team player.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
