Job Description:
- Can perform manual testing - create test plans based on user stories, acceptance criteria and project requirements
- Perform comprehensive functional testing
- Automated testing - develop and perform automated tests
- Bug tracking and reporting
- Cross functional collaboration
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Participating in a test planning meeting and providing feedback to the team
- Ability to describe bugs clearly and accurately with scenarios to reproduce the same
- Create test cases to identify software problems and prioritize testing activities
- Analyze bugs and errors found during test
- Executing integration and regression test plan
- Good communication skills
- Proper understanding of project scope and requirement
- Ability to perform different types of end to end testing, different scenarios.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years experience in manual and automated testing.
