Job Description:
- Deployment planning, solutions with installation and commissioning.
- Responsible for on-site installation, configuration, implementation, integration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
- Applies technical support expertise to resolve customer issues.
- Identifies and provides resolutions to technical problems.
- Basic to Complex Installation, including implementation such as system settings, RAID configuration and data migration.
- Complex Troubleshooting/Diagnosis
- Complex Break/Fix Support
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Certifications with VMware VCP, VXrail, PowerStore, Data Protection, Linux are highly preferred
Education + Experience:
- Bachelors Completed in related field
- 2+ years of experience.
