Job Description:
- The primary focus of this position is to analyze various databases and identify different integrations solutions into a SQL based database.
- Work with the technical team to do end to end data migration/transformation plans.
- Estimate the amount of work to implement defined plans.
- Identify and communicate risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Troubleshoot issues in MS SQL, and propose solutions.
- Write data migration scripts/specifications to load source data into target database tables.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proactive, self-motivated, capable of working in small teams in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate potential to manage small to medium scale projects.
- Ability to effectively interact with others and be a team player.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Should have hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of MSSQL.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the project and customer organizations.
Education + Experience:
- BE, BSCIT, Bachelor's Degree in IT related field.
