Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Project development and implementation, ERP setup
- Responsible for IT business operation, vendor management, procurement
- Ensure Information management, data restriction system, access management
- Setting up IT Policy, network policy, data security policy, restriction, firewall management, data server security and management, cloud management, web management.
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes
- Hardware and software full phase operation structuring and execution, device integration and related
- Developing the company’s strategy for using technological resources
- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely
- Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Strategic thinking
- Problem-solving aptitude
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor/ Engineering in IT/ Computer Science or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
- Experience minimum of 10 years of Senior Experience
