Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Extract, deep dive into, & manipulate data such that you can conduct analysis and derive insights to business stakeholders in tight deadlines
- Provide value-driven reports, analysis, insights, and dashboards for senior management in multiple business areas
- Predict and optimize performance and identify risks
- Coordinate with business units to recommend and drive implementation of new productivity and cost-saving initiatives, and prepare business cases to support strategic and other business decisions
- Coordinate with business teams for best practices and knowledge sharing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Go-getter attitude, willing to immerse themselves in the business, with a proactive approach
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines, and the flexibility to adapt to change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English), with the ability to successfully negotiate with different stakeholders across various business environments and cultures
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in SQL are essential
Education + Experience:
- Bachelors/Masters degree from a top university in a quantitative subject - a background in business intelligence, data science, mathematics, economics, computer science, or engineering preferred.
- At least 5 years of data analytics experience, with a proven track record of delivering rigorous, insightful, and actionable analyses. Experience in e-commerce a plus
