Job Description:

As a Business Intelligence Associate, you will be an integral part of our operations team, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our day-to-day business activities. You will work closely with various departments, ensuring smooth operations, implementing best practices, and supporting the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: 

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations. 
  • Utilize data analysis tools to extract actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making. 

Process Optimization: 

  • Analyze and streamline existing operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. 
  • Implement and document best practices to ensure consistency and scalability. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate with teams across the organization, including product, data engineering, operations, sales and marketing, to identify opportunities for process improvement. 
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure seamless operations. 

Project Management: 

  • Manage and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 
  • Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • ​Series seed to Series A startup experience is a plus.

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 
  • 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence or a similar role, preferably in the InsureTech or financial services industry.
