Job Description:
As a Business Intelligence Associate, you will be an integral part of our operations team, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our day-to-day business activities. You will work closely with various departments, ensuring smooth operations, implementing best practices, and supporting the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.
- Utilize data analysis tools to extract actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze and streamline existing operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement and document best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with teams across the organization, including product, data engineering, operations, sales and marketing, to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure seamless operations.
Project Management:

Education + Experience:
