Job Location: Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu              

Working Hours: 8 hours (Sunday to Friday)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Managers to improve and grow our business, by establishing and developing relationships with customers and other partners.

Job Description 

  • Planning, implementing, and overseeing new business development initiatives.
  • Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Developing proposal, sales pitch, presentations and quotes for existing and prospective clients.
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings to communicate new product developments to prospective clients
  • Thinking strategically, seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings and ensure sales conversion.
  • Managing and leading the day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while identifying potential customers.
  • Keeping up with the current industry trends locally and internationally.
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong communication, organisational and negotiation skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Experience with leading and managing a team with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy        Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Education + Experience:

  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in the sales, marketing, or related field.

Benefits:

  • Salary: 50K - 70K per month and Negotiable
