Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Back-End Developer with microservice architecture expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side logic and databases for our web applications. As a Back-End Developer, you will collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements.
- Develop a website or application, implement APIs and integrate 3rd party services as required.
- Design and implement database schemas and models for web applications, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct thorough testing and code debugging to ensure smooth performance and functionality.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Expertise in PHP Laravel Framework
- Strong knowledge of working with third-party APIs
- Strong knowledge in API Gateway, RESTFUL API, OAuth, etc.
- Knowledge in project management tools like JIRA and Trello
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, multitask in multiple projects.
- Fluent verbal and written English as you will be working in a multicultural team environment.
- Experienced with version control systems such as Git for collaborative development and code management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to troubleshoot and debug frontend issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Back-end Developer.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Microservice Architecture
