Job Description:
Codewing Solutions is looking for WordPress Customer Support/Happiness. The work requires you to communicate with our customers via email or chat to resolve their issues while using our themes under the supervision of the customer support team.

Codewing Solutions is a creative digital agency. We make WordPress products (WordPress Themes and Plugins) and do content marketing. Some of our popular products are:
Rara Themes: WordPress themes shop for small business. Our themes have been downloaded more than 1 million times.
WP Travel Engine: World’s most popular travel booking WordPress plugin.
We work with a lot of designers, developers, marketers, writers and of course, the customer happiness team.
Besides creating world-class products and original content, we also believe in having fun at work. We work 5 days a week and 8 hours a day, and we chill on weekends!
What will you be responsible for?

Provide email and chat support to customers.

Report bugs and issues related to the product like browser compatibility, plugin compatibility, php/css/javascript issue.

Addressing the open requests in the WordPress.org forum.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
How qualified you should be?
You should have:

Know how to use WordPress themes and plugins.

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Basic knowledge of PHP and Javascript is a plus.

Good command in English and should be able to write emails without grammatical mistakes.
