Job Description:

The Warehouse Staff Associate plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This role 
involves managing inventory, assisting with shipping and receiving, maintaining a clean and organized 
workspace, and ensuring that goods are stored and distributed efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail
oriented, physically fit, and has a proactive attitude to support smooth warehouse operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handle receiving, storing and shipping products and accurately inspecting goods for quantity and quality. 
  • Organize and stock goods in designated warehouse locations, ensuring that items are stored securely and efficiently. 
  • Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer or internal requirements, following company guidelines. 
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and help maintain accurate records of all stock. 
  • Assist in preparing shipments, creating labels, and maintaining up-to-date records of outgoing items. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support the implementation of new warehouse processes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move objects as needed.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills; experience with warehouse software or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. 
  • Commitment to safety and accuracy in handling warehouse tasks.

Education + Experience:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or related environment is preferred, freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Preferably Bachelor’s degree.
