Job Description:

ADRA serves in more than 120 countries to bring long-term development programs and immediate emergency response to communities through a network of global offices. Since 1987 ADRA Nepal has operated portfolios in the Health, Economic Development and Livelihood, Education, and Disaster Risk Management sectors.

Currently ADRA Nepal is going to implement Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) and Family Planning (FP) activities in 4 districts of province -2 and 5 with support from UNFPA/DFAT. The goal of the project is to strengthen SRH and FP services to improve maternal health through increased uptake of SRH/ FP services. To contribute to the project, ADRA Nepal invites applications for the following position;

Visiting Service Providers (Staff Nurse/Sr. ANM): Twelve 

Duty Station: Rautahat, Sarlahi, Arghakhanchi and Pyuthan districts.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience in providing FP services
  • A demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships with Health facilities staff and health volunteers at community level
  • Ability to work as a team player and willingness to travel and work in rural locations. 

Education + Experience:

  • PCL Nursing or ANM passed with Implant and IUCD insertion and removal training certified by NHTC
