Job Description:
Some Of The Exciting Stuff That You'll Be Involved In
- Conduct user research and tests to influence the direction of web application development.
- Understand product specifications and user psychology.
- Work with the product team to generate and refine user stories.
- Design wireframes as flow diagrams based on business requirements.
- Design user-centric web application interfaces from design specifications.
- Perform quality assurance from a UX perspective
- Solve complex UX problems.
- Create and update templates and template frameworks used in HLE software products.
- Standardise the user experience across all systems.
- Contribute to functional requirement and technical specification documents.
- Study competitors and industry trends, and ensure our solutions are on par or better.
- Work with your direct manager to achieve the company goals continuously improve services rendered
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in the following technologies: Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, Less/Sass
- Proficient in UX design software
- Experience in Wireframing and Prototyping
- In-depth knowledge of design fundamentals and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication both in Nepali and English
- Should be a good team player
- Should have good Project management and Time management skills
Education + Experience:
Should have Bachelor Degree
