Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
PMsquare is looking for a user experience designer to help cross-functional teams to lead the product ideation, innovation, design, and execution of the product in different verticals such as US Healthcare, Insurance, Fintech, Media & Printing and Manufacturing. Someone who is passionate for what she/he is doing to create functional interfaces and think of as a creative problem solver with a human-centered design approach. Following are the major required key skills:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define project goals, user requirements, and design objectives.
- Create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
- Knowledge of prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, InVision) to create dynamic and interactive prototypes.
- Understanding of responsive design principles, mobile-first design, and front-end development concepts.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to solve design challenges
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and user-centered design methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to cross-functional teams.
