Job Description:
- We are looking for 2-3 ticketing officers to work in our Thamel location during the night shifts
- We prefer candidates with experience in the ticketing business, but we are also open to non-experienced candidates with very strong academic abilities
- We work in a fast-paced, call centre model and our customers are from the United States and most calls are during the night
- Intense hands-on training will be provided before your job assignment. A stipend will be provided during the training period.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Candidate should be comfortable working in night shift
- Should be fluent in written and spoken both English and Nepali
- Should have good interpersonal and negotiating skills
