Job Description:

To provide technical support to clients by identifying the customers’ requirements and designing a commercially viable solution from within the company’s product portfolio.

  • Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business to grow organization strategy
  • Attending meetings with Account Managers and acting as a technical expert
  • Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals
  • Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions
  • Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements
  • Producing detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable
  • Work with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sale’s efforts
  • Provide technical and functional expertise throughout the pre-sales process in collaboration with the sales and professional services teams
  • Be aware of industry trends, drivers and regulatory initiatives; understand the competitive offerings and their differentiators in the market, read trade and industry journals to keep abreast of industry thoughts and initiatives
  • Deliver commercial and value-added trainings to drive consumption
  • Create roadmap plans customized to a successful implementation
  • Provide 24/7 Level 2 and 3 Infrastructure Support Services to the business to agreed service levels
  • Accountable for the delivery of the SLA and Project Objectives within the Infrastructure and cloud-related areas

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in software related activities
  • Proven track record in IT / software solutions
  • Technically skilled with a customer focused mind and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in developing and delivering effective presentations
  • Ability to work independently and to be proactive
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Proposal writing experience

Qualifications to include some or all the following technologies:

  • Azure, Office 365, SharePoint,and other Microsoft Technologies
