Job Description:
- Be the company’s advocate for clear, concise and precise writing
- Proofread and edit product documents like requirement specifications, technical specifications, test plans, test cases, release notes and user manuals
- Edit and refine documents related to processes and procedures
- Ensure all documents are formatted in a standard style
- Create, review and enhance training materials
- Edit corporate literature like websites, blogs, marketing materials and reports
- Provide English Language and Professional Communication training to employees
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in word processing software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of software development industry will be a plus
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications or relevant subject (Preferably from a native English speaking country)
