Job Description:
- Help customers in product deployment and troubleshooting technical issues, both verbally and electronically in a positive, professional, efficient manner
- Document customer issues/resolution/steps taken to troubleshoot and report to the product team
- Capture customer requirements and common causes of technical issues
- Follow-up on customer issues in a timely manner and monitor them to closure.
- Respond to product-related technical inquiries from customers.
- Provide product demos and walk-throughs to customers.
- Weekly visit to the hospital for taking feedback from the client.
- Weekly phone call to hospital for any issue.
- Timely solve the issue of hospital
- Daily report entry in MiDas PMS
- Daily work status update to Own Implementer head
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- An excellent communicator and collaborative worker.
- Must have good communication skills
- Willing to travel all over Nepal
- Must have two-wheeler with a valid license
- Support background in software or related will be added advantage
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in software implementation and project management.
