Job Description:
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with staff members
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good knowledge of the Agile method of software development
- Prior experience as Scrum Master
- Has good knowledge of software development lifecycles
- Good experience in the Software development process and preparing flow diagrams
- Good communication and presentation skills with fluency in English – written and verbal
- Ability to guide and coach team members
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3-5 years of prior experience in project management using Jira Software
- At least 2 years of experience on any programming languages (Laravel / NodeJS / ReactJS / Python)
