Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with a PHP background who brings demonstrated experience in software engineering, leadership, maturity, product management, and a deep understanding of the software development life cycle
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with a software development team and be responsible for the design, development, quality, and delivery of the product.
- Champion technical excellence, establishing metrics and processes for continued assessment and improvement of product quality.
- Work with, and influence, business, stakeholders, and teams to scope requirements and align responsibilities.
- Drive technical review of design documents, prioritization of development roadmap and fixes.
- Mentor and develop team members for higher impact and teamwork.
- Work with clients to understand the business requirements for the requested project or feature.
- Prepare project schedule and communicate it to stakeholders and clients.
- Explain the requirements to the development team and provide necessary clarification during development.
- Performing requirements analysis to convert business requirements to software requirement documents.
- Design, create, and document process flows, technical requirements list, specifications, diagrams, scenarios, mockups, and/or models for the development team.
- Communicate the details of project issues, impediments proactively with stakeholders.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good knowledge of Object-Oriented PHP Development and MVC Frameworks.
- Experience of managing a team of software developers and QA engineers.
- Knowledgeable with REST API design patterns, and microservices.
- Good understanding of concepts of SQL development.
- Experience with practices of Agile Frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong business acumen, good communication, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as to coordinate with others for getting things done.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor or Masters in IT-related courses.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with prior experience of PHP preferably with Laravel Framework, and any latest Frontend Frameworks and technologies.
