Job Description:
- The technical customer support representative will be responsible for answering customer queries and resolving technical issues related to the product or service offered by the company through emails, chat or calls.
- Responsible for identifying and troubleshooting technical issues faced by customers and providing appropriate solutions.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues, to ensure that all customer queries are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Responsible for providing training and support to customers on the use of the product or service offered by the company, to ensure that they are able to use it effectively.
- In case of complex technical issues, the representative will be responsible for escalating the issue to the appropriate department or team, to ensure that it is resolved in a timely manner.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Work time: Full and night shift on rotation basis
- This is also hybrid work model
Education + Experience:
- 1-2 years of prior work experience
