Job Description:
- Work with Team Leader to develop and maintain an ongoing plan for management of system software, management of network/hardware equipment and network topology.
- Take effort to architect, implement, monitor and improve System Software as well as managed services.
- Develop and implement procedure for daily operational mgmt., incl. best practices for installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting escalated end-user issues.
- Establish and deploy testing/measurement methodologies incl. server/storage performance criteria.
- Drive the planning, design, implementation, organization, and operation of the client’s data and communication networks incl. redundancy and resiliency.
- Manage internet, intranet, network monitoring tool and IT service management.
- Design and configure Network equipment, WAF, Firewall, SAN/NAS Storage, LAN and Virtualization environment.
- Proactively manage upward reporting and recommendation so that management is well informed
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Technical Skills : Professional Certification in Windows Server Administration/Red Hat Linux, Administration, Junos Network Certification, Enterprise storage-based Certification, Presentation and analytical Skill , Reporting Skill
- Management Skills : In-depth understanding of computer programming, network security and Administration.
- Language Skills: Fluent Nepali and English, High verbal and written both
- Communication Skills: Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
- Other Requirements (If any : Willing to travel within or outside of Kathmandu Valley, Willing to work in odd hours 2-wheeler license and vehicle
