Job Description:

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills; Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications. Good presentation skills
  • Knowledge of banking and accounting system is preferred

  • Willing to travel inside and outside Kathmandu valley 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing client information
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Maintain positive business and client relationships. Ensure proper client relationship management documentation is maintained
  • Identify and assess client's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/team targets provided by the company
  • Update client records in the system, including notes about interactions
  • Visit clients as per the requirement

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management field, preferably BBA
  • Candidates with some experience in the related field will be given priority. However, freshers with quick learning ability are strongly encouraged to apply
