Job Description:
- Quality check of construction material and quality control of labor works.
- Carry out survey and layout for construction works on site.
- Carry out survey using total station and auto level machine.
- Documenting survey data and updating if any changes occur.
- Regular supervision of site work to ensure completion with in time.
- Take measurements of the completed work and record in the measurement book.
- Supervise the work of sub-contractors.
- Provide technical guidance on site as per designs, drawings and specification.
- Report on deviation of actual consumption and progress of the task from budget.
- Work in direct coordination with engineer and carry out any other assigned task.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Outstanding communication skills-written and spoken
- Willingness to work more than official hours during the needs
- Ability and willingness to work in a team and to work under pressure in the remote areas
Education + Experience:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in construction of road, building, bridge and irrigation
