Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- This position under the direct supervision from Associate Dean/Principal will be responsible to liaison with management, course leaders, faculties, students and parents.
- He/she will help in conducting an orientation, induction, information sessions, seminars, guest lectures and events.
- He/she will use student management software and maintain a database of administrative reports, courses and students.
- He/she is expected to deal with student queries and find necessary solutions.
- He/she should conduct student satisfaction survey. Overall, He/she must lead the Student Services Department.
- He/she will be responsible for providing internship and placement opportunities to existing students as well as alumni by coordinating with various National and International Corporate houses.
- He/she will ensure that timely employability skills and personality development programmes are organised for students by bringing industry experts. In addition to this, he/she’s responsible for signing MoUs with various corporate houses for building a long-term relationship.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- The person should have a pleasant personality and a positive attitude.
- He/she should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. \
- He/she should be able to lead Extra-Curricular Activities.
- He/she must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Previous experience will be a plus point.
Education + Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Management or related field with a minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience.
Benefits:
- Salary Range: NPR 75K to 100K per month
