Job Description:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Inform customers about the day’s specials
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, slips
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum +2/diploma in HM with 6 months of experience in similar position
- Applicants should be Nepalese citizen with 19 – 30 years of age
- Pleasant personality and be able to communicate fluently in English and Nepali
- Fresher can also apply
- Excellent guest service skill
- Basic math skills
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Excellent presentation skills, active listening and effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
