Job Description:
- Perform STB QA Operations-Test Case Planning & Development, User Interface & Compliance Testing.
- Monitor, evaluate, troubleshoot & report operational performance of STB.
- Create & maintain logs of activities.
- Prepare technical documents.
- Maintain interactions with Vendors & inter-department team members.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Basic STB operation knowledge (HDMI, AV, Ethernet, etc.)
- Basic knowledge on Linux OS Android OS & MS Office applications.
- Eager to learn, flexible to work under dynamic environments & shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's degree running or completed (Electronics & communication or computer science stream is preferred).
