Job Description:
- Running regular checks on network and data security
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
- Designing training programs and workshops for staff
- Conducting regular system audits
- Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
- Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
- Providing direction for IT team members
- Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
- Managing and maintaining the network, as well as network performance monitoring.
- Troubleshooting and repair
- Overseeing user access to the network
- Developing a backup/disaster recovery plan for a network emergency
- Planning network infrastructure for new applications and services
- Training network staff to provide support to end-users
- Purchasing and maintaining networking equipment and infrastructure
- Integrating mobile devices into the organization's networks, either (or both of) organizational and personal devices (BYOD)
- Work with 2 or more ISP's
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have some common network manager/administrator certifications include those from Cisco(CCNA&CCNP), Juniper Networks, VMware, firewall and other major vendors
- More than or equals to 3 years of experience in related field
Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and qualificatin
Education + Experience:
Bachelors in Information Technology( Master's in IT preferred)
