Job Description:
- Serve as Application Developer to support multiple on-going projects as well as develop new customized applications
- Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL Server and C#/MVC
- Interact with project teams and clients to determine project needs and translate those needs into strong but simple solutions
- Create and deliver data-driven reports
- Design, code and test web application
- Test, debug, suppot and maintain application programs for customers in a variety of industries, lines of business and environments
- Research, evaluate, and demand tools and frameworks which will improve software development efficency and product quality
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven experience of more than two (2) years as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
- Familarity with ASP.NET framework, SQL server and design/archtectural patterns
- Understanding of Agile Methodologies
- Excellent testing/troubleshooting and communication skills
- Participate in hands-on software development, including design and code reviews
- Strong leadership skills both organizational and technical
