Job Description:
- Generate invoice and mail the invoice to the different clients
- Maintain documents of the transactions.
- Supervise and review for discrepancies of the transaction.
- Petty Cash Management.
- Prepare Reconciliation report
- Prepare payment report and receivable report (weekly basis)
- Prepare VAT/ TDS report and submit to Head Office
- Maintain/ Update ledger as of all the branches
- Vendor payment management.
- Prepare a recovery report for collection.
- Monitor/Review for discrepancies during invoicing daily
- Weekly/Monthly receivable planning for collection
- Timely expenses booking and review monthly.
- Supervision of regular follow up for payment with credit clients
Education + Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience
