Responsibilities:
- Involve in design and discovery of the new/existing projects.
- Oversee and/or lead analysis, architecture design, and document projects
- Decide the right balance on resource, cost, effort, and time for project deliverables.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, understand the business perspective of the client, and plan product roadmap in collaboration with the project manager and the client.
- Foster global engineering culture across the company-wide.
- Keep up with the latest trends and technologies.
- RnD on new technologies and stacks
- Involve in recruitment, training, and development.
- Ideate, strategize, and implement new/existing organizational culture, process, and standards to increase productivity and performance across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams within the company to achieve organizational goals.
- Comply with all professional departmental as well as company best practices.
- Regularly involve in project and process inspection and improvement.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience in one or multiple software architecture styles like SAAS, multi-tenancy, IAAS, PAAS, mBAAS, microservices.
- Demonstrated experience in architecting large-scale projects.
- Well acquainted with software compliance, policies, and industry standards
- Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud-native platforms. Expert in any one of AWS/GCP/Azure/On-Premise.
- Good knowledge of distributed systems.
- In-depth knowledge of one or more programming languages
- Experience in multiple areas of software development: frontend, backend, database, DevOps
- Strong knowledge of various programming paradigms like OOPs, Functional, static vs dynamic, weakly vs strongly, declarative vs imperative
- Strong foundation on data structure and algorithms
- Experience in designing scalable SQL and NoSQL DBs.
- Demonstrable experience with application scalability, availability, and performance
- Nice to have AWS SA Certification/ Google cloud architect certification/ Microsoft Azure Architect
- Good project management skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Experience on managing and planning resources and product deliverables
Education + Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in the software industry
- Experienced in one or multiple business domains like Health, Education, Finance, Social Media, etc.
