Job Description:
- Daily standup meeting with technical support staff
- Assign Hospital Task to Programmer
- Verify the System after the Programmer complete the Task
- Hospital Database backup monitoring report taken from support staff
- Daily monitor the report entry by technical support staff
- Weekly submit the report to Team Lead-Implementor Head and General Manager
- Work directly with our customers to guide them through the implementation of our software application.
- Assist with the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, “rules” implementation, functional design, installation, user acceptance testing, issue resolution and production implementation.
- Build reports and dashboards to customer specifications.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Assign the hospital support task to the technical support officer.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A motivated problem solver with advanced logic and analytical skills.
- Highly attentive to detail.
- Able to successfully manage multiple projects of various levels of complexity simultaneously.
- Highly organized.
- An excellent communicator and collaborative worker.
- Experienced with SQL (preferred).
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software and web technologies
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software implementation and project management.
