Job Description:
Software Engineer (Node.js) will be a part of our development team and will be writing high-quality codes in Node.js and Angular.
Responsibilities:
- Write complete software or parts of it in Node.js and Angular 5
- Implement the designs produced in HTML and CSS into existing Node.js site
- Package and deploy the developed systems
- Analyze existing systems written in Node.js, produce estimates and modify them according to requirements
- Work with MySQL database for creating tables, stored procedures and functions, according to the design document provided
- Properly document code using standard diagrams (like UML)
- Create new APIs and maintain existing ones
- Communicate and coordinate with multiple/relevant stakeholders in Nepal and US
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience in MySql database
- Knowledge of NodeJS ORM tools. Sequelize is preferred
- Knowledge of Docker container
- Strong experience with Web architecture and Web design and development tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- 1 year experience in NodeJS, Angular 2 or higher, JavaScript and HTML
