Job Description:
The role involves consistently analyzing and translating business needs into high-quality documentation, designing solutions within set time frames for complex problems, ensuring requirement traceability per company standards, participating in all solution development phases, updating stakeholders on project progress, maintaining, testing, and enhancing operations, cultivating key stakeholder relationships, identifying improvement opportunities, and serving as a bridge between business and IT groups.
- Consistently perform analysis and translates business needs to create high-quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications documentation and design the solution within specified time frames to solve most complex problems.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirement as per the company standard.
- Participate as needed in all phases of solution development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation and presentation phases.
- Keep all stakeholders updated about software process/status as per the project/product communication plan.
- Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
- Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.Competency in Database and data management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Domain specific knowledge more preferred on financial sectors
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Knowledge on programming Languages
- Competency in Microsoft applications
- Competency in Database and data management
- A track record of following through on commitments
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
Education + Experience:
- A Master/bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or an MBA
- 2-5 years of experience in related field
