Job Description:
- Understand, communicate, and enforce the company software architecture strategy.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements.
- Manage the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
- Creating high-level product specifications and design documents.
- Providing the development team with architectural blueprints to follow.
- Guiding and assisting the development team throughout the process.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design.
- Maintain product roadmap, release schedules, and architectural standards that ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensuring that you and the team adhere to development schedules and deadlines.
- Presenting regular progress reports and setting goals.
- Testing the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets requirements.
- Updating software solutions as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience with database systems like MySQL, Firebase, MongoDB, etc.
- Extensive experience in software development and project management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Education + Experience:
- Degree in computer engineering or relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Architect or similar role
- 8+ years of experience with software development
- 8+ years of experience with coding in various languages (JavaScript, React, Node, etc.)
